Kuwait, April 29, 2021: The Sultan Center Group (TSC), received the United States
Ambassador to Kuwait, Her Excellency Mrs. Alina L. Romanowski, and the Senior
Commercial Officer, Mrs. Shari Stout on April 29, 2021, at the company’s headquarters in
Dajeej. The two parties discussed the opportunities to expand cooperation with
America’s private sector companies to launch more American products in TSC
supermarkets.
TSC CEO Ms. Khadija Oubala said: “The high quality and variety of American products make it
an essential part of our local customer’s shopping experience. We are excited to continue this
flourishing business relationship with U.S. companies and continue to provide an extensive

In turn, H.E. Mrs. Alina L. Romanowski expressed her gratitude for the visit and thanked TSC
CEO Ms. Khadija Oubala for her hospitality. She stressed the importance of trade relations with
TSC to launch more American products at renowned Sultan Center supermarkets in Kuwait,
Jordan, Oman, and Qatar.
TSC operates supermarkets in Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, and Bahrain. The company is the largest
independent, publicly-traded retailer listed in Boursa Kuwait.
