Kuwait, July 17th, 2015— As part of its “Live Ramadan with TSC” campaign during the Holy month of Ramadan, The Sultan Center arranged an Open Market at TSC Sharq and Hawally for a 3 day period.
The Open Market provided Kuwait’s youth with a venue to showcase their arts and crafts inspired by the Eid season. It was a great opportunity for the youth to display their work which ranged from fashion apparel and accessories, to local handcrafted gift items and a range of unique arts and crafts.
Due to the overwhelming success of the first Open Market this is the second event of its kind being hosted by TSC. Commenting on the Open Market, Marketing Manager at TSC Lisa Ghareeb she said: “It is aspiring to see young Kuwaitis take part in this event, as TSC is committed to supporting and encouraging young entrepreneurship by providing a venue in which the youth can display and promote their products.
The Sultan Center is pleased to have provided this valuable opportunity enabling the participants to foster their business skills, and meet potential customers.
Given the success of the Open Youth Market, TSC hopes to carry on this program in support of the youth of Kuwait and to promote young business owners. It is within TSC’s social responsibility to fully support the community is which it operates.
