Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, implement, measure, and iterate on lifecycle strategies that build personalized relationships “ Customer journey”  with prospects and customers through all stages of their journey online and offline.
  • Manage and execute push notification, Email, and in-app campaigns using CleverTap, using custom content, canvas, and content card products.
  • Manage campaign development and execution for growth marketing initiatives designed to increase listening, including project management of creative development, identification of customer segments, channel execution within the app (via in-app and push notification), and asset + link dissemination for owned and paid channels.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and others.
  • Monitor the performance of a campaign to ensure we are meeting the company goals.
  • Contribute to big-picture marketing strategies.
  • Create user-friendly reports for colleagues and other departments.
  • Manage buying and budgets within tactics and assist with budget management.
  • Make recommendations based on findings and experience to refine future campaigns
  • Work with Adjust, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to tag events, track, and analyze campaign performance for mobile and website.
  • Provide expertise in each platform’s targeting, creative requirements, and best practices.
  • Use data, analytics, and experimental design to drive improvements across a wide variety of business objectives online and offline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience working in the digital marketing function, ideally within a direct to consumer space
  • Previous work within CleverTap and Adjust (or comparable MMP and attribution platforms) 
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics ideal
  • Stellar communication skills, including the ability to proofread
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a team mentality
  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently
  • Enthusiasm for driving results and meeting campaign objectives
  • Ability to set campaign goals and ‘manage up’ during campaign delivery to ensure the wider team is aware of progress and next steps.
